The products I purchased for delivery arrived timely. However, the product delivered was not the same product or quality I purchased. I never received any refund or help rectifying the situation. Be prepared for all sales to be final even when the product is lower quality and incorrect from your order purchased. I attached pictures of the 2 hyfly products I purchased and the 3 packages I received instead.
